“A portrait of my children, once a week, every week, in 2014.”
Saxon: Sand on his top lip & a shell in his mouth. These warm Winter days have been wonderful for beach play.
Caelan: We crawled under a gate and snuck into a paddock. We raced to the top of a hill and watched the sunset over the small town. (blog post to come)
This week was slow and wonderful. We didn't rush to school, we left the messy house for the warm sun and salty beach breeze, we chased the sunset and laughed til our bellies hurt.
Following along with the lovely Jodi.

Deleteha! how old is saxon? my little one is 13 months and puts ev.ry.thing. in his mouth - the odder the texture, the better - i'm already wondering how much sand he will consume next week when we go to the beach!
ReplyDeleteyour photographs are wonderful - nothing like watching a sunset to slow things down in the most delightful way. ;)
Hi Lucinda, Saxon is 15 months, and still tasting everything he can get his hands on :) Aren't they funny!? They eat whatever is in sight, yet they are so picky with their dinner - cheeky.
